A legal disclaimer

At A Local Techie, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality service. Due to the nature of technical repair and support work, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

However, we stand behind our work. If you experience issues related to a service we performed, we will do our best to honor a limited work warranty for up to 5 business days from the original service date. This includes follow-up troubleshooting or adjustments related to the original issue — at no additional charge.

Please note:

  • The warranty does not cover new or unrelated problems.

  • Devices must be in the same condition as when the service was completed.

  • Warranty work must be scheduled within the 5-business-day period.
